Do you only draw dogs?

No! Cats, dogs, birds, we even do names (think nurseries etc). You name it, we've done it. See our gallery for some cat portrait inspo.

What is the difference between Instant Downloads, Prints and a Custom Portrait?

Instant Download - general breed portraits, that are ready to be downloaded immediately following checkout.

Print - general breeds printed on 200 GSM thick deckle edge virgin cotton handmade paper.

Custom Portrait - a one-of-a-kind portrait of your pet. Select print only, or add framing at checkout.

Do I get to look over my custom portrait before it's shipped?

Absolutely! We send the mock-up to your email for review. At that time you can request any changes, or give us the go ahead.

Can I add a prop to my pet portrait?

Yes! We do these all the time, and we're proud to offer them at no additional cost. From, but not limited to - collar with name tag, tennis ball, halo, crown, birthday balloon, sunglasses etc. We'd love to get creative with you!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time is one to two weeks, depending on the number of pets in your portrait. If you're in a time crunch, please let us know via the “Contact Us” form. Please include your order number and desired date.

How do I print the Instant Download?

Just as you would any other photograph. This is a very high resolution file, and can be placed on pretty much anything - time to get creative! Our customers have loved making phone cases, canvas, mugs, mouse pads, plus they're perfect for standing out on social media. Need a new Instagram profile pic? We got you.

What if I don't think my custom portrait looks like my pet?

We aren't happy unless you are. Our goal is for you to be 100% in LOVE with your portrait. We send photos of your art prior to shipment for approval, and at that time we will make all requested changes, as many times necessary. If it still doesn’t feel like your pet, you’ll receive a full refund.

After all, you know your pet best!
